Stemcell 00211 Maintenance of Human ES and iPS Cells Training Course
Product Overview
This one-day course focuses on maintaining human embryonic stem (ES) cells and induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells using feeder-independent systems. Participants will gain hands-on experience in working with these challenging cells by learning to identify hPSC morphology and passage them using mTeSR?1, TeSR?2 or TeSR?-E8?. Participants will gain the practical knowledge on how to maintain these cells in the lab using the latest techniques developed in the field.
